Job Summary
We are hiring a Senior SAP BW Consultant to lead enterprise analytics delivery, mentor team members, and ensure high quality, high performance reporting outcomes. You will own complex modelling and integration scenarios, drive governance, and partner with business owners to deliver reliable analytics aligned to strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex BW modelling initiatives, ensuring scalable design and performance outcomes.
- Own integration alignment and data reconciliation across multiple sources and business domains.
- Establish and enforce modelling standards, naming conventions, transport readiness, and review practices.
- Mentor consultants through coaching, design reviews, and structured knowledge transfer.
- Drive operational improvements in load stability, monitoring, and defect prevention.
- Partner with stakeholders to prioritise enhancements and shape analytics roadmaps.
Technical Skills
- Deep BW expertise including modelling best practice and performance tuning.
- Strong understanding of end to end data flows, reconciliation controls, and reporting consumption patterns.
- Ability to guide technical teams on functional requirements for enhancements and integration approaches.
Functional Skills
- Strong leadership and ability to influence business and IT stakeholders.
- Excellent problem solving and decision making capability.
- Strong governance and documentation discipline.
Experience Required
- 5 to 8 plus years SAP BW experience including leadership of workstreams.
- Experience across full lifecycle implementations or major rollouts.
Qualifications
- SAP BW certification preferred.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
