Job Summary
The SAP SD Intermediate Consultant will take ownership of defined Sales and Distribution workstreams and deliver functional solutions across the order to cash process. This role involves hands on configuration, stakeholder engagement, testing, and support, with increasing responsibility for solution quality and business alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirement analysis workshops and translate business needs into functional designs.
- Configure SAP SD processes including sales order types, pricing procedures, shipping, billing, and credit management integration.
- Execute end to end testing and ensure traceability from requirements to delivered functionality.
- Support data readiness and master data alignment activities.
- Provide second line support and perform root cause analysis on recurring issues.
- Support cutover planning and post go live stabilisation.
Technical Skills
- Solid SAP SD configuration experience with strong integration awareness across MM and FI.
- Familiarity with standard SD reporting and output determination.
- Basic understanding of IDocs and interfaces is advantageous.
Functional Skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to engage confidently with business stakeholders.
- Structured approach to documentation and delivery governance.
Experience Required
- 2 to 5 years SAP SD experience across support and or implementation projects.
Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
- SAP SD certification preferred.
