Job Summary
We are seeking a Junior SAP SD Consultant to support the delivery and operation of SAP Sales and Distribution processes across the order-to-cash cycle. The successful candidate will work under the guidance of senior consultants and gain hands-on exposure to SAP configuration, testing, documentation, and end-user support. This role is suited to candidates building foundational SAP consulting skills in a structured delivery environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support SAP SD configuration activities, including basic sales order types, item categories, pricing condition maintenance, and output determination.
- Assist with incident analysis and resolution by reproducing issues, gathering evidence, and escalating appropriately.
- Participate in unit testing and support user acceptance testing activities.
- Assist with the preparation of functional documentation, test scripts, and user guides.
- Support master data validation for customer and material sales views.
- Collaborate with MM and FI teams to understand integration impacts.
Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of SAP SD concepts, including order processing, deliveries, billing, and pricing.
- Familiarity with SAP navigation and standard SD transactions.
- Exposure to integration points with finance and logistics is advantageous.
Functional Skills
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work within defined processes and escalation paths.
Experience Required
- 0 to 2 years SAP SD exposure through support, internship, or project environments.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in IT, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field.
- SAP SD training or certification is advantageous.
